Daniel J. Moore
Daniel J. Moore became President and Chief Executive Officer of Cyberonics on May 1, 2007. Mr. Moore joined Cyberonics from Boston Scientific where, since 1989, he has held positions in sales, marketing and senior management in the United States and in Europe. He recently assumed the position of President, International Distributor Management at Boston Scientific. Prior to that role, he held the position of President, Inter-Continental, the fourth largest business unit of Boston Scientific with more than 1,000 global employees and revenues exceeding $700 million. Mr. Moore previously held senior management positions at several Boston Scientific U.S. and International divisions. He led Inter-Continental marketing during the initial launch of the Taxus™ Drug Eluting Stent. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, Mr. Moore spent four years with Procter and Gamble.

Gregory H. Browne
Gregory H. Browne joined Cyberonics in July of 2007 as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Browne has served as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded healthcare companies. Most recently, from 2002 to 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer at Amedisys, Inc., a home nursing company with revenues in excess of $600 million, during a period of substantial growth in revenue, profitability and market capitalization. Previously, he had served as Chief Executive Officer for Ramsay Healthcare Inc., a provider of psychiatric services, and Ramsay-HMO, Inc., a health maintenance organization. Immediately prior to joining Cyberonics, Mr. Browne worked with Tatum, LLC, an executive services company, and has also founded and served as President at PeopleWorks, Inc, a human resource outsourcing company.

George E. Parker III
George E. Parker joined Cyberonics in July 2003 as Vice President of Human Resources and assumed the role of Depression General Manager in August 2007. Prior to joining Cyberonics, he was Vice President, Human Resources at PerkinElmer Instruments from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Parker has more than 20 years of human resource management and consulting experience and has worked in a number of industries including medical equipment and pharmaceuticals with experience in building and developing people and organizations to support rapidly growing products and markets in both the U.S. and Europe

James A. Reinstein
James A. Reinstein joined Cyberonics as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing and International General Manager in August 2007 after a 17-year career at Boston Scientific where he held positions in sales, marketing and general management in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. From 2005 through mid 2007, he served as Vice President of Asia with direct leadership of Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Prior to that role, he was the Country Director of Boston Scientific de Mexico, where the business experienced compounded annual growth in excess of 30%. Countries under his leadership were recognized for excellence relative to peer countries in four of his last six years, with Korea being recognized as the top International Country in 2006. Additionally, Mr. Reinstein held senior management positions at several Boston Scientific U.S. and International divisions. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, he spent four years with Procter and Gamble in sales and management roles.

Randal L. Simpson
Randal L. Simpson joined Cyberonics in 1998 and has served in various manufacturing management positions until October 2003 when he became Vice President, Operations. Prior to that, he served in the positions of Director, Manufacturing, Director, Materials and Sr. Director of Operations for Cyberonics. Prior to his joining Cyberonics, Mr. Simpson was employed by Intermedics, as Manager of Manufacturing. Mr. Simpson has over 20 years of manufacturing experience with over 14 years of experience in the medical device industry.

David S. Wise
David S. Wise joined Cyberonics in September 2003, as Vice President and General Counsel. He was appointed Secretary of Cyberonics in November 2003. He has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property, business development and legal affairs in private practice and in corporate practice in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Cyberonics, he was Group Vice President and General Counsel at Centerpulse USA, Inc. (formerly Sulzer Medica), a medical technology company specializing in orthopedic products recently acquired by Zimmer Holdings, Inc. from 1994 to 2003. Prior to Centerpulse, he spent 12 years in private practice focused on intellectual property and commercial litigation.
